Description
The Miata Transmission Tunnel Heat Shield Kit solves the problem of hot interiors in NC Miata's. Direct replacement for the factory heat shield that can get damaged or even missing. The transmission must be removed to install. The kit consists of a high-heat resistant material (Floor and Tunnel) only 3/16 in. thick for minimal clearance and rated to handle 1750°F of direct heat. The material is CNC cut into five individual pieces that are applied to and fit together above of the transmission to reflect heat from entering through the floor. Each piece is backed with an aggressive adhesive for a simple peel, position and stick application. Also included are two packets of adhesion promoter, one roll of 1-1/2 in. w x 15ft heat reflective sealing tape to cover seams and detailed installation instructions. Reduce interior heat for an improved & cooler driving experience Light weight precision die cut pieces for a perfect fit Withstands direct heat up to 1750°F (954°C) Super strong, self-adhesive backing Peel, position & apply for an easy and simply installation Replaces missing or damaged factory heat shield. Domestic Shipping Policy & Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If no shipping charge is shown upon checkout, we will contact you and invoice shipping separately. We cannot calculate ever changing rates for some items coming in from Japan, Australia, or other countries when special ordered.

Special order items can take anywhere from 1 week to several months depending on vendor lead time. Please check with us before placing an order.

 
Special order products

Any item that requires options to be selected such as Hypertune intakes requiring anodizing, runner and injector configurations and combinations, is considered a special order / made to order / drop shipped product. These special order products cannot be cancelled once shipped. Exchanges will be given for defective products. If the merchant is unable to send a replacement item, refund will be given once the item is returned to us.

Please inquire on which items are special ordered, made to order before placing your order if you are unsure.

If the vendor is unable to fulfill and order in a timely manner then we may choose to cancel the order and have the merchant refund us.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Excludes custom order products and specialty order items.
